vacation again. this time its all family, all week long. Graduations, birthdays, new babies, etc etc etc. I'm like wayyyyyyyyyyyyy excited. Also looking forward to the California sun, and beach.

i came to your office after work. we watched a river runs through it. you got thai food. we walked to your car so you could take me home. you had a flat tire. you didn't believe me when i told you there was a spare, and i'd help you change it. Although we'd come to find out it didn't much matter. I hopped on the bus. you gave me this song to listen to. I did. All the way home. And lots and lots of times since then. I love it. I love you.

BBQ + House Show

After work today (yes, I worked all day when it was perfect and 80 degrees outside) I headed to Duke and Caroline's house for a backyard BBQ and show. Not sure what to expect from Trevor Davis, I was completely blown away by the voice coming out of this man. He covered a Michael Jackson song, then one by Ray Lamontagne. Opposites? you'd think..but he managed to sound exactly like both of them. Plus his silly little dances were entertaining to watch.



then Trevor's wife's sister's band Zoo Animal played. Besides being completely adorable, and absolutely HYSTERICAL in between songs, Holly has a very unique voice, and I enjoyed their set very much.

left with the task to motivate the rest of our district last saturday, I set up a little contest..the prize? a care package from me. Our Seattle store took us all down, and so I shipped off a box of goodies to them today. 3 kinds of cookies (peanut butter, chocolate chip, and a gluten free recipe) And some necklaces Kait, Jessie, Tim and I crafted up last night.

inspired by kate, and missing my bff I want a sandwich. I NEED sandwichES. With a babe who HATES cold sandwiches (i think he's from mars) Its kind of gone out of my daily/weely routine to get or make yummy delicious sandwiches. I want a Primo Hoagie, I want a High St. Deli sandwich, and I want a Bay Cities Sandwich. If you are ever in Philly/San Luis Obispo/LA..eat at one of these places. for me. PLEEEEEASE.
