I happen to have some of the most creative friends on the planet. For example: Mike proposed to Sarah with this. He made this animated video, and got one of our other friends to sing this song. I meaaaaaaan...did she even have a choice??

oh yea!

I have a new friend. It started when she used to come into Free People and shop. Then months later we actually met up for a drink, then we realized we got along well and commence hanging out all the time. We shop (she rescued me on my birthday and made a shopping day out of it) we cook (yummy delicious quiche) and we bake! (hence the previous post.) I'm totally loving her, and a new friendship in Portland. While I couldn't form sentences, she actually put together a lovely post about our baking adventure. See here.

FOOD

Ok, this should probably go on Wolfress. Buuuutttt its yummy and tasty, so I wanted to put it here. my mind is on overload, and I can't even make complete sentences these days. FOOODZZZ

First of all, this is my new favorite go-to snack. It takes 5 minutes and is delicious. A loaf of bread from TJ's, their braided marinated mozzarella, tomato slices, and some garlic powder, salt and pepper. stick in the over for 5 minutes and you're done!



Lauren and I made yummy treats the other night. Chocolate Gingerbread cookies, and pumpkin ice cream, which we turned into sandwiches. YUM!



I have a pumpkin to turn into other yummy goodies, and seeds to roast, maybe I'll get that together one of these days.

Happy 6 months baby!

Seriously..my niece is 6 months old, and I fall more in love with her every day. Can't wait to see you in a couple weeks cute baby!

i have been really really forgetting about my blog lately. so much going on!!

Nick (younger brother) got into a horrible bike accident, and broke both his arms. that was bad enough, but to make it all just worse, he had to withdrawal from school and move back home. I don't know if you remember when you were a freshman in college, stoked to have your own life..but imagine giving that all up a week into it. such a bummer.

work is really good. we have visits from our home office this week, and I got to be a part of presenting the walk-through, and it was really successful. That's really exciting!

my birthday is coming up, and im going to be 25. weird. I've been feeling pretty lonely out here. they just don't make em like philly. friends that is. Adam is amazing. but I really really miss the ladies in my life. I've been putting some effort out lately, and am hoping it gets returned.

I went to las vegas for my yearly trip to hang with my step-dad/work. played blackjack. I do love that game.

It's down to the championship games in MLB and the phillies are in it (duh) and cliff lee is playing too. So bummed he got traded before I was able to see a mariners game. oh well.

wintry blend coffee is back at TJ's and the guys at my store (who now know me) inform me it will only be a couple weeks til candycane joe joe's. Folks- my favorite season is beginning. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm gonna head to CA for a mini trip before holiday starts at work, since I'll be stuck up here through thanksgiving and christmas. I'm excited to see my niece again :)
