collection

I'm a collector. I have been since I was a wee bay. My mom and dad used to get so annoyed and tease me about all the "garbage" I had hidden in boxes and under my bed. I was so offended. My broken pieces of sea glass, and feathers were keepsakes from trips to the beach, and hikes in the woods..I was and still am a gatherer. If I have more than one of something it becomes a collection and I will add and add to it. Sometimes I let them go after they have run their course (man wall, small things wall) and others just grow and grow (ceramic home made, but thrifted mugs) If there are 2 things I can never get enough of when thriftin,g it's ceramic mugs and floral silky bed jackets. love.

it's safe to say you aren't a fashion blogger unless you own at least 2 pairs of these Jeffery Campbells. I'm not 100% on the Lita boat yet. I'd definitely own a neutral color, the glitter ones, and probably the american flag ones. so..what's your take on this trend? Love it or hate it? I want to hear!

things are changing! I got a promotion at work today, and I can't stop smiling. I'm so excited to be pushed and challenged in new ways. I've really enjoyed my time at KOP, but am very excited to be at the Ardmore store!! YA YA YA YA YA!!!!!!!

fleetwood mac was probably my first "favorite" band i ever had. I heard "landslide" on the radio, in my room with the purple blow up couch (did you have inflatable furniture??) when I was probably 10 or 11. I knew every word. I waited until it came on, then recorded it onto a tape so i could listen to it whenever I wanted. To this day I still love them. who knew stevie would later inspire my style..

ive been having some emotional wars with myself lately. but i feel like i'm starting to win.

letting go of unhealthy relationships, and feeling ok in that decision.

work is lovely..Jeff and Merin stopped by with little Quinn today! Haley and Alex stopped by yesterday, it's been an absolute TREAT to see some familiar faces!!

I have been craving chocolate all the time lately. my food consumption for the past couple of weeks is as follows:

cereal
hummus
oranges
apples
bananas
yogurt
quesadillas
chocolate

This is so super the most random post..just some weird little thoughts in my head.
