greens grow

Haley and I got a csa share this season through greensgrow, and picked up our first share last Saturday. We got:

Beets
Kale
Collards
Spinach
Asparagus
Chives
Spring Onions
Strawberries
Swiss Cheese
Eggs

We've been making really yummy food..and eating in our oh so cute backyard. First up, beet latkes and collard greens, strawberries for dessert..


Then herbed butter salmon and spinach..


Its so fun, and the weather has been so good that we eat out there as often as possible! Im going camping this weekend, and Im pretty excited about it. I'll have pictures when I get back..
