COOLEST BOOK EVERRRRRRR

So Lauren was telling me about this book that we thought was out of print..about food ratios, where basically if you know the ratio of a certain kind of food, you can make it 1,000 different ways! I've been talking about wanting to understand the science of baking so i can make up my own recipes, and the girl GOT ME THIS BOOK! The little graphs are so cool..I'm way excited to start making my own stuff!



She also got me pink sparkly spatulas..i meeeeeean, the girl knows the way to my heart.
