time keeper

I'm turning 26 here in a few days and haven't owned a decent watch since middle school. I haven't asked for anything for my birthday since becoming an adult, but this year decided I wanted to own a nice watch again. My family gave me some money to pick one out. The whole idea started when I was at Nordtroms a few weeks ago and saw some Marc Jacobs ones. I've narrowed it down to these 2..but can't pick one over the other. help? (you probably think they look the same, huh?) I'm partial to the top one.
